Linux system upon shut-down causes a kernel panic error.

Recently I've been getting these errors as I power off my P.C.(In my attached image..sorry for not writing it down instead)
These errors usually occur at shut-down and when they pop-up the computer completely hangs and there's no way to fully shut-down the system. Normally what I do in this situation is to disconnect the power to the P.C which is both a risky and dangerous solution to this problem.
What is this error and how can I solve it?
