LibreOffice Writer will not save documents in Web View

I have one or two long documents that I would like to save in Web View, as I find the page breaks of Normal View inconvenient. But whenever I reopen such a document it always reopens in Normal View. Is there a way of solving this?

I am using LibreOffice 6.0.7.3 running on Linux Mint Cinnamon.
