Motion maintainer for 14.2...

Hi gang,
I tried to e-mail the maintainer for Motion for Slackware 14.2, but it returns as 'undeliverable'.
I somehow got the latest Motion (4.3.1) to build using the old Slackware package stuff...thing...whatzit. I didn't change much really, but it built and so far seems to be working (though only for one camera, I'm asking on the mailing list what I might have wrong somewhere).
If someone has the time and patience, I'd sure very much appreciate it if they could look at my 'fixes' to the build and the Motion tarball I used to figure it out and do whatever it was I did to make it work. I *MIGHT* try to maintain it...if it all looks okay.
