How keyboard back? It seems something changed my keyboard and other language settings

Today, after days without using the keyboard on this phone, i opened Telegram in it to reply a message. When i touched the place to make the keyboard appear, instead of a keyboard, the voice thing appeared. It had an "x" to close, but nothing happened touching it. I closed the chat a few times, but nothing changed, that voice "keyboard" always appeared.
I search around the phone settings a bit, and i found that the automatic keyboard chosen was the voice one. It took me a few minutes to turn it off, and have a normal keyboard again. But now the keyboard is "Hinglish and hindi - Google tools to insert text for hindi". So, in the "language and text" settings, i still have my language set: "Portuguese (brasileiro)". But everything else is in these asian options! And there is no option to change it back! How did this change happened? My keyboard should be "ABNT2 for mobiles" (or something similar). And i cannot type with gestures anymore. I typed like this for two languages i had configured: portuguese and english.
Does this mean my phone has been hacked by someone in Asia? The only access my phone does to Asia, i think, is when i use the HelloChinese app (which i do most days, for a few minutes). This app can be downloaded here and here, at least.
The phone is a Motorola Moto G (2nd gen.) with Android 6.0. If other info is needed or useful, just ask me.
