VB snapshot won't start Zorin OS, initramfs is all I see
by linux-man from LinuxQuestions.org on (#52KAA)
I made a snapshot of a clone zorin on vb.
I clicked Restore snapshot then click Start, and all I see is this:
BusyBox v1.22.1 (ubuntu 1:1.22.0-15ubuntu1) built-in shell (ash)
Enter 'help' for a list of built in commands
BusyBox v1.22.1 (ubuntu 1:1.22.0-15ubuntu1) built-in shell (ash)
Enter 'help' for a list of built in commands
initramfs exit
/dev/sda1 contains a file system with errors, check frced.
/dev/sda1: Indoes that were part of a corrupted orphan linked list found.
/dev.sda1: UNEXPECTED INCONSISTTENCY; RUN a fsvk manually
(i.e,without -a or -p options)
fsck exited with statueus code 4
The root file system on /dev/sda1 requires a manual fsck
BusyBox v1.22.1 (ubuntu 1:1.22.0-15 ubuntu1) built-in shell (ash)
Enter 'help' for a list of built-in commands
(initramfs)_
How do I get the Zorin OS to start on this snapshot of the clone?
And is there a proper way to shut this down when I see the above? I clicked acpi shutdown its taking its time, so I powered off and its shut now, was there a better way?
Thanks in advance
