Old SCSI disk to USB adapters?

So I want to dig up some old data on some SCSI drives, like Seagate ST31200N and such. If I really need to do so I can scrape up enough old hardware to boot up an ancient SCSI based box and hook it up to my network.

What I am hoping for, though, is an easier solution. Are there any SCSI docking station type adapters that I can plug into a modern USB port, stick an old SCSI drive in the slot and be able to read the hard drive? I imagine it would take more than just an adapter cable to get old data available on a current Fedora system.
