Find command question

Greetings. I'm trying to find the following '$VIMRUNTIME/debian.vim' line in my Parrot release. I've tried a number for formats of the find command but nothing works.
I know the above exists and I want to edit it to make some option changes.
Can some one provide me with a find command format that will work? Thanks
