Coming from Windows OS looking forward to learning Linux
by toocruel2b from LinuxQuestions.org on (#52PWA)
My experience I have been a using computer since just before DOS. Until 2007 I used windows primarily for my business and business purposes only.
in 2007 I became interested in helping people become familiar and comfortable with their computer, how to avoid viruses and better computer management. That took me on a long path to opening up a shop to teach practical computer technique and to fix what ever is wrong with the clients workstation.
Over time I have been getting my older clients who only surf the net to use Linux. But I am a complete beginner with Linux and want to become as comfortable with Linux as I am with the Microsoft OS.
Looking forward to the journey.
