urxvt how to enter unicode characters

Env Debian 9.12
rxvt-unicode (urxvt) v9.22
Problem
i cannot find the way to enter unicode charaters to urxvt terminal
Ctrl-shift-U does not work
I neeed to enter some special characters..
how to proceed ?
