Make Image to Sound / Song

I want to make music from a picture, pixel by pixel or some similar solution
Could you suggest an app for this
or terminal ffmpeg command or whatever?

I want to make sound or music out of a picture.
I know it won't be good,
but I want it
make a few minutes of music...
