Seamonkey 2.53.2 appearance: No menus in all desktops and WMs
by gargamel from LinuxQuestions.org on (#531A3)
Hi everyone,
Seamonkey 2.53.2, coming as an update on 3rd May, 2020, to my Slackware64-14.2 system, starts with no menus. I can enter URLs and surf the web, but there are no menus, at all. In Seamonkey-Mail some menus are there, others are missing. I guess it's a Gtk-3 related issue, although 2.49.x, which was already Gtk-3 based for the most part, worked well here. BTW, I've tried it in KDE, Fluxbox and Xfce environments. Appearance is the same everywhere.
Does anyone else have similar problems? If so, did you find a solution?
Thanks in advance for any hints, what to check for in order to track this issue down.
Stay safe, everyone, and best regards,
gargamel
