The charity match between teams of Tiger Woods and Peyton Manning versus Phil Mickelson and Tom Brady is set for May 24 at the Medalist Golf Club in Hobe Sound, Florida, the PGA Tour announced Thursday.

"The Match: Champions for Charity" will raise $10 million in donations for both national and local COVID-19 relief. Additional fundraising will take place through on-course challenges in partnership with the ALL IN Challenge.

The 18-hole event will be televised on TNT at 2 p.m. ET. The two teams will play nine holes of best ball (the lowest score between two teammates counts) then nine holes of modified alternate shot (both players hit a tee shot, choose the best one, and alternate turns from there).

There will be no spectators and the players are expected to adhere to social distancing guidelines, such as leaving the flagstick in to putt and playing without rakes in bunkers. Caddies will not be used and players will ride individually in carts, according to ESPN's Bob Harig.

Woods, who is a member at the Medalist, and Manning are the betting favorites to take down the team of Mickelson and Brady.

This will be the second match between Woods and Mickelson. The latter earned $9 million by winning the head-to-head showdown in Las Vegas in November of 2018.

The PGA Tour is putting on another charity event featuring Rory McIlroy, Dustin Johnson, Rickie Fowler, and Matthew Wolff a week prior to the Tiger-Phil rematch.
