Issue with Steam installation. Same issue with PlayonLinux.

I posted this on the Ubuntu forums. Posting here for more coverage. If anyone has any suggestions or things to try I'd love to hear it.

It fails like this everytime. I'm not sure why it didn't append to the log but there were a ton of lines like this as well. The home directory is mounted via sshfs.
