How do I get rid of windows 10, please?

I bought a discontinued Acer computer that came to me with windows 10 installed in it. I can not get into anything on it The boot menu will not let me change anything. I can not partition the hard drive and the CD-rom and flash drives I insert never open. The virus has everything closed and I just want to get rid of the window os. Anyone have any suggestions?
