[SOLVED] pinentry shows No $DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS found, falling back to curses

So I installed i3 and I get an error in Enigmail which asks me to check pinentry and I get the error as shown in the title. I was using XFCE before this and my root account still uses the same DE and it works fine but not in i3. Please help me. I've asked on several channels in IRC and Reddit and can't find a solution yet

Solution: Cannot believe I had to paste the xinitrc dbus related lines before exec i3 in .xinitrc
