Graphical driver error System loading Monitor 21:9

Hello.
Few weeks ago I changed Laptop to PC and I installed Linux(Deepin). When I try run system I get this. It is Monitor 21:9(2560x1080). I tried also others Distros but effect is this same. The only solution with one I found is to disconnect DisplayPort/HDMI from monitor before system run and connect when system is fully loaded.
