How to change UI font for a specific language?

I'm using my system in English as a system language, with (Roboto) being my current UI font, but sometimes I need to write file/folder names in Arabic, Arabic is a non-Latin language and Roboto Arabian glyphs looks hideous.

Is there is a way to assign a different font to be used exclusively with Arabic while keeping Roboto for Latin scripts?

I know it's possible, because I've seen Lubuntu 18.4 using two different fonts by default, one for Arabic (Noto Naskh) and one for Latin-based (Dejavu Sans).
