File or folder does not exist - KDE Neon

I have already searched for similar answers but with no luck.
The message:
PHP Code:The file or folder does not exist
For the record, I my /home on an external HDD which means my / is on my SDD. I reinstalled KDE Neon for a couple of days and my previous /home was still on my HDD when I installed the new /home. I don't know if it could cause the problem?
One thing more, letters as AE, O and A are all replaced with . I don't know either what it could cause.
OS: KDE Neon 5.18, 64-Bit
