Simple questions about LILO

I just cannot seem to find this documented anywhere.
The lilo menu has a U" in the left hand column by my Linux entry. As seen here: https://imgur.com/M8G2tjM
What does this mean?
When I run # lilo there is a plus sign instead of an asterisk by the Linux entry.
