Mellow spring weather on the horizon for Hamilton this weekend
After high temperatures seen earlier this week, the weather will be mellowing out this weekend.
It's back to feeling like spring, complete with rain showers. Friday will be wet and humid with temperatures reaching a high of 25 C and the humidex hitting 31. Thunderstorms are expected to begin in the afternoon and continue on into the evening. Tonight will be a low of 12 C.
Saturday is looking cloudy, but that should clear up by the afternoon. It's a high of 19 C with perfect Frisbee weather on the horizon. Remember to physical distance if you do attend any of the city parks and greenspaces that are open. Saturday night will drop to a chilled 4 C.
Sunday is nothing but sunshine with a high of 15 C. That'll drop to a low of 8 C overnight. Fire up the grill and kick back with a good book.
Next week, expect more rain showers and average spring temperatures. Monday looks like a high of 19 C right now with 60 per cent chance of thunderstorms. Same for Tuesday. But Wednesday will break up those clouds and bring on some sunny rays.
