avidemux2 file not found

I am running slackware 14.2 stable and have installed Aliens Bob's Avidemux, which did not create any error messages during the install.
Avidemux2, not avidemux, is present in the location I expected in the applications menu, but when I click on it the response is
Code:Failed to execute command avidemux2-gtk".
Failed to execute child process
"avidemux2_gtk" (No such file or directory)What I am wondering is what needs altered for the program to run?
