When you run ls -l command how to tell who owns the file(s)

I ran the following command (see below) and would like to know two things: 1. How to tell who owns this file ? Second question how to tell what group is this command in ?

$ls -l /usr/bin/ls
$-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 142144 Sep 5 2019 /usr/bin/ls
