Your Slackware Desktop Suite

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to assemble a collection of my go-to software for desktop computing on Slackware, including an office suite, web browser, photo viewer, text editor, etc. Here are a couple of examples:

macOS

Web browser: Safari
Mail client: Mail app
Calendar: Calendar app
Office suite: Microsoft Office
Photo organizer: Photos app
PDF viewer: Preview
Text editor: TextMate

Windows

Web browser: Firefox
Mail client: Outlook
Calendar: Outlook
Office suite: Microsoft Office
Photo organizer: Photos (Windows app)
PDF viewer: Adobe Reader DC
Text editor: Notepad

Here's what I have so far for Slackware:

Slackware

Web browser: Firefox
Mail client: Thunderbird? (But no Exchange support without paid extension)
Calendar: ?
Office suite: LibreOffice
Photo viewer/organizer: ? (Tried installing Shotwell, but there were a lot of dependencies that took too long to build. What do you use for photos?)
PDF viewer: Evince? (What is your favorite PDF viewer?)
Text editor: Vim

I'm not a programmer, so I'm more interested in non-programming desktop tasks and the tools you use to accomplish them.
