Early in the morning, at least three days a week, Dr. Bonnie Henry runs. She has different routes depending on when her workday starts, but she lives near the ocean and runs alongside it; she is a half-marathoner and runs between six and 10 kilometres. In that time, and that time only, she lives in a different world.
