Is this Counterproductive? DNS over HTTPS and DNS over TLS

I have added this DNS over Tor /w socat
https://developers.cloudflare.com/1..../dns-over-tor/
Then added this DNS over TLS /w Unbound + DNSSEC flag using some of the servers from
https://dnsprivacy.org/wiki/display/...y+Test+Servers
One is for DNS over HTTPS and the other DNS over TLS.
Are they both necessary?
