Dell latitude E6430 - Video driver issues

So I can not for the life of me get my 5200m graphics card to work.
I'm heavily considering going back to windows which i dont want to, but i need the 5200m's power.
This is a dual graphics card laptop
an intel and the 5200m
is there anything i can do? at my wits end.
