how to use gnome extensions

hey guys i am back,
i left for a few weeks and now i am running fedora 32 on a modern machine,
now i well hopefully be able to make the full switch to linux,
i am trying to use a gnome extension,
i downloaded "User Themes" from extensions.gnome.org and it downloaded a folder with a few files in it and it is all zipped so i need to extract it,
the thing is i am not sure to where i should extract it and whether or not i need to install it
can you give me a link where i can find the information?
