Massachusetts congressman calls on Patriots to sign Kaepernick
Massachusetts congressman Joe Kennedy III wants to see Colin Kaepernick in a New England Patriots uniform.
Kennedy, who's running for Senate in the Democratic primary, sent out a tweet Tuesday encouraging the Patriots to sign the quarterback.
The NFL should apologize to Colin Kaepernick and the Patriots should sign him.

Kaepernick last played in the NFL in 2016, when he began kneeling during the national anthem to protest police brutality and racial injustice. He has reportedly continued training every day, hoping for a comeback opportunity.
There are currently four quarterbacks on the Patriots' roster: Jarrett Stidham, Brian Hoyer, Brian Lewerke, and J'mar Smith.
