Hello from a Debian user

Hello Linux friends,
This is my second attempt to befrined with Linux Debian and this friendship is born in pain. But I'm reading a 1800 pages book "UNIX and Linux System Administration Handbook (5th Ed)" so I hope to master it. I'm having some serious issues with Debian 10, so I will post some questions hoping to get solution.
