Console Configuration in KVM Hypervisor to access guest VMs directly from Outside?

Hi,
I want to do console configuration in KVM to access my guest VMs directly from outside.
My requirement is, I should be able to access console of my guest VM, from external Element.

I have already tried "virsh console guest-vm-name" . but the problem he is this command works from Host. and I do not want to access console from Host, that does not solve my problem.
