Debian8 - hard disk blocked after viewed porno`s site.

Does anyone hear about a computer and disk lock on Debian 8 with Firefox configuration level? Is this a matter of governmental organizations? From what I know the problem should be more on the side of the owner of the page and not the user the more when he is an adult.
Kernel 3.16.04 - Installation is not reccomended.
