[SOLVED] Logitech gamepad no longer working after recent updates

Hi, having some trouble with a Logitech F710 controller. It's been working flawlessly with steam for the past year and has been plug and play without any further configuration, i'd last used one a week ago when it was working fine.

However it is no longer detected within steam or with:
Code:sdl2-jstest -lDmesg output:
Code:[ 9010.545055] usb 2-1.3: new full-speed USB device number 11 using xhci_hcd

Does anyone have any ideas? I'm guessing it's a software issue, relating to a package being updated (possibly the kernel).latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=dZ4SYeJj1Lk:dAKabRBGPLM:F7zBnMy latest?i=dZ4SYeJj1Lk:dAKabRBGPLM:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=dZ4SYeJj1Lk:dAKabRBGPLM:gIN9vFwdZ4SYeJj1Lk
