Man who used rental properties to 'attract' victims charged with sexual assault: police

Investigators say they were contacted about two sexual assaults at homes on Pearl and Peter streets back in November 2019. Then, on June 29, police were contacted about a similar incident in the same area. They believe there may be more victims.
