slackware + yubikey + webauthn

Hello community !

I'm banging my head over a weird problem with my yubikey/smartcard. :banghead:

setup:
- slackware current multilib
- yubikey 5 NFC
- ccid-1.4.32 / opensc-0.20.0 / pcsc-lite-1.8.26 from slackbuilds, eventually bumping the version.

The smartcard is working fine for OTP (tested on https://demo.yubico.com/otp/verify) and GPG, my gpg key is on it and it's works like a charm.

Now I'm struggling with webauthn, when the brother ask to plug the key, nothing happens, it does not get the card nor when I tap on it.
I've tested on different site, an open one for testing is avail here: https://demo.yubico.com/webauthn-technical/registration

Same things with firefox 68.9.0, the newer 78.0.1 or chrome 83.0.4103.116 ( installed from slackware mirror extra dir )

For firefox, I've followed this guide to add the opensc module https://github.com/OpenSC/OpenSC/wik...,-Step-by-Step
no success...

I tested on my companion windows and it works okay.

Does anyone has a clue on what could be the root-cause ?
It might still maybe a pibkac/layer8 problem though :D
