Prankster bubble bombs Gage Park fountain
by The Hamilton Spectator from on (#55E48)
Bubble bath anyone?
Unknown pranksters tossed bathbombs into the Gage Park fountain early Monday morning, filling the base of the fountain with foam and the spillway below with suds.
The suds prank at the Gage Park fountain comes just a month after one of the fountain's beloved bronze turtle was snatched and later returned.
For close to a century the 20-pound turtle is one of four at the sprawling 1920s-era fountain. After it was taken for a second time, someone returned it. Although, facing the wrong direction."
