Unable to make librsvg in BLFS

I am following the current BLFS instructions to compile librsvg-2.46.4

./configure completes successfully, but make does not.

make ends with:
Quote:

mv: cannot stat '/sources/librsvg-2.46.4/target/release/librsvg_c_api.a': No such file or directory

I have built all of the required dependencies as well as the recommended gobject-introspection.

I have deleted the directory and tried again.
I have even tried building librsvg-2.48.8 from Development BLFS

The librsvg-2.46.4 directory doesn't even contain a "target" directory.

What am I missing?
