[fedora]cast audio from cellular-telefone to laptop.

hi, i am using the tune-in app on my essential running lieage-os. i would like to use something like arecord to save part of a radio show so i can listen to it later.

is there a way i can record the audio on my fone;
else,
is there a way to turn my laptop into a chromecast and have my fone send the audio to my p.c. and i record it on there ?
