SSH: Last login from <HOSTNAME> possible?

Hi all!

Hopefully an easy question to answer:

SSH between my Ubuntu Linux machines works like a charm, even passwordless, with one exception: when connecting, I get this message:

Quote:
Fri 17:10 bernt@linn:~$ ssh puta
Welcome to Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (GNU/Linux 5.4.0-40-generic x86_64)

I don't like the very last line, where it just gives the IP address of the machine I last logged in from. Why is it not looking up this address in /etc/hosts, reporting the host name? That used to be the case, but not any more. I haven't been able to find anything in the man pages about this.

BTW: using OpenSSH.

Happy if I get an answer to this - thanks in advance :)latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=KFA9TcuOINM:iJ558R39Vqs:F7zBnMy latest?i=KFA9TcuOINM:iJ558R39Vqs:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=KFA9TcuOINM:iJ558R39Vqs:gIN9vFwKFA9TcuOINM
