Report: NHL, NHLPA vote passes for new CBA, return-to-play protocols

The NHL and NHLPA have ratifed the new collective bargaining agreement and return-to-play protocols, according to TSN's Bob McKenzie.
This officially paves the way for the league to proceed with the 24-team playoff tournament this summer.
