Keyboard Shortcuts Problems

Hi
I'm having issues with custom keyboard shortcuts all the other ones I can modify and they work fine but not custom ones. I originally thought it might be an issue with the command but i tried it by creating a new launcher on my desktop which worked fine. I am on mint 20 cinnamon.
