Help With Lubuntu Software Center on LXLE

When I am trying to run the Lubuntu software center on LXLE it gives this error:

Is it incompatible with LXLE? Or, am I doing something wrong? This is the command I ran:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:lubuntu-desktop/ppa && sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install lubuntu-software-center
Also, this article said that it came with the Lubuntu Software Center, but I can't seem to find it.
