what is CDA_ExpressOnly_ in Mint 19.3 ?

Recently I made a live-disk of Mint 19.3 Cinnamon, and when I ran it, I was surprised to see an icon for CDA_ExpressOnly_ on the desktop.
Looking at the contents, there are many files, some apparently referring to CD's and USB keys, and some related to HP printers.
Removing it or even moving it were not available options.
The iso had checked out, and the live-disk ran fine, but what is this? Even if it is necessary, I would rather not have it on the desktop.
