COVID-19 causing brides to say 'I do, just not yet'

While the virus has interrupted the wedding plans for couples all over the world, Carissa Smith and husband Matt wouldn't let COVID-19 stop them from getting married. They are among the exceptions for an industry that, in large part, seems to be taking a year off.
