Replacing my Aux port for iBasso DX50

I have an iBasso DX50 high res digital music player and the auxiliary ports are starting to wear out, they were replaced once already buy a guy that I don't have access to anymore, I remember he said it took no more than a few minutes. What do I need to safely remove these old aux ports and what do I need to safely replace them with the new ones I got from Amazon? Thanks. Image attached.

One last thing, one the device itself one says Phone Out and the other says Line Out, is there an actual difference in the ports or just is that only on a deeper level? Thanks again.
