How to use SYsLinux to make USB boot

I have an Intel N4200 evaluation board that only supports UEFI startup.I built my own file system and wanted to boot with SysLinux, but I didn't know how to do it.
I know that the main configuration is written in syslinux.cfg, but I don't know what other file configurations are needed.
