Is pkgs.org gone?

In the past I have been able to get a lot of 3rd party Slackware package (already compiled and ready to install) from pkgs.org. I have been unable to log on to that site for at least a month - I get 'server is taking too long to respond'. Is this site down? or has it moved to a new server? Thanks
