Anyone know how to install stuff in terminals?

I don't know ANYTHING about Linux. I bought a computer from someone who had removed windows 10 and installed Chromium and Cloudready. I didn't get the USB from them to go back to windows if I wanted to. They only gave me the computer and the charger. I got into the terminal Crosh, but I don't understand how to type the codes or whatever. Already tried and got an error message, so I just closed it without saving.
Trying to install Wine so I can install Medibang paint pro. I also wanted to install OBS screen recorder and some form of video editing software. Trying to do speed paints for YouTube. I have 128gb of storage on an SD card and I bought an HP Pavilion X2 detachable 10in with a touch screen.
Does anyone know how to do this? Just a recap, need to install:
Wine
Medibang paint pro
OBS Screen recorder
Good video editing software (adding music, speeding up the videos, clipping the videos to shorten them if needed)
Could you type how it's supposed to look in the terminal? I'm lost.
