Is there a way to download/install programs without use of terminal?

Before you answer, I'm referring to downloading and installing these programs:
Wine (to be able to download medibang paint pro)
Medibang paint pro (I'm familiar with this program and really don't want another if I can help it)
OBS Screen recorder (Familiar with this)
Some form of video editing software to be able to speed up videos and add music
I'm used to windows, so I'd just download and install my programs no problem. I recently bought a computer with elementary os already installed and the browser is Chromium. It also has something on it called "Cloudready".
If there's a way to download and install easy without the terminal, please let me know.
