Posting an ambiguated photo in Facebook?

Sometimes graphic images are respectfully ambiguated in Facebook for viewers to disambiguate at the press of a button if they think it is needed. I want to post such a picture, but cannot see how to make it ambiguated with the view image option. Can anyone show me how?
