[SOLVED] Knoppix issue - Kernel option added in syslinux.cfg does not get used
by Meow1234 from LinuxQuestions.org on (#561XQ)
Currently I am having an issue with Knoppix 8.6.1.
I am trying to set the screen resolution to 1360x768 (works through display settings and kernel option) however I do not want to type in the kernel option every bootup.
I added screen=1360x768 to /home/knoppix/Desktop/KNOPPIX/boot/syslinux/syslinux.cfg
at the end of the default kernel options. This does not set the screen resolution to 1360x768. It sets the screen resolution to the default 800x600, ignoring the new option.
Is there a way to fix this?
